Code of Conduct – the foundation for every successful collaboration
Respectful and cooperative interaction is very important to us – both within our company and with our business partners. Our Code of Conduct therefore serves as a framework and basis for all good cooperation. It not only represents a standard for ourselves, but also a promise to the outside world that we are committed to responsible behavior towards our business partners and society.

Rules & Laws
We assume that our business partners comply with all applicable laws in all regions and countries.
Human rights
Business partners should support the protection of international human rights. This includes a ban on child labor, forced labor and human trafficking as well as fair and appropriate wages and social benefits. Furthermore, we expect humane and safe working conditions.
Equal opportunities
We expect our business partners not to discriminate on the basis of skin color, origin, gender, religion, disability, age or sexual identity.
Environment & Sustainability
Our business partners should minimize their impact on the environment, use resources carefully and comply with all environmental protection regulations.
Corruption prevention
Our business partners should work against all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery. We call for “acting with integrity”.
Working atmosphere
We expect our business partners at all locations to create a respectful working atmosphere that is free from: sexual harassment, insults, racist, ethnic, gender-related or religious remarks and intimidating or threatening behavior.
Data protection
We protect our business secrets and also oblige our business partners to maintain confidentiality when we disclose business secrets to them. This also includes personal data or sensitive information.
Our story began...
in December 1996 with the founding of the partnership “Homepage-Design Seibert”. In the months that followed, our two namesakes – Martin and Jo Seibert – laid the foundations for everything that Seibert is today.

partnership became a limited company, it was renamed Seibert Media GmbH in 2003. At that time, our main focus was still on websites, online marketing and a knowledge base developed by us, which was the forerunner of an intranet.

that we moved from the Wiesbaden district of Schierstein to the LuisenForum office space in the city center. Two years later, we founded our subsidiary in the USA – Seibert Media Corp. This meant that we were now also active on the American market and expanded our international presence.

Over the years, we have steadily expanded our portfolio and shared our passion for better team collaboration with other partners. For example, we are venture partners of draw.io, a leading diagramming tool, and appanvil, which develops smart apps such as Aura, Karma and Mantra for Confluence.

We want to inspire talented young people to program: that is why we are working to promote the digital education of children and young people and their programming skills with the Seibert Foundation.
Our website “ Programmieren.de” is designed to make it easier to enter the world of programming and to help schools and students run programming courses independently. In this way, we want to help ensure that young people are well prepared for the digital future.
