Conference on Agility and Modern Work in Teams and Organizations
With Tools4AgileTeams (T4AT for short), we aim to foster exchange on agility and modern work at all levels. Our goal is to share insights and ideas that inspire a productive work environment, enabling teams to develop freely and grow sustainably. From discussions about the effective use of innovative tools in agile software teams, to new trends and concepts in modern workplace design, to scaling agile models and processes across entire organizations—T4AT covers it all. In addition to well-known tracks, T4AT 2024 saw the debut of new tracks such as AI and Work Transformation.

Interactive technology talk by and with AOE, Weltenbauer and Seibert
At TechTalk Wiesbaden, you have the chance to listen to informative talks on exciting topics such as coding, infrastructure, agility and software architecture. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to discuss these topics in depth with others over a cool drink. The event takes place regularly during the week in the Wiesbaden center at AOE, Weltenbauer or our HQ. Participation is free of charge and open to everyone – whether you are an experienced expert looking for new perspectives or an interested beginner wanting to expand your knowledge.

Experience us in person — every third Friday of the month from 4 PM!
Are you interested in Seibert or have you perhaps already applied with us? Would you like to learn more about us and meet our colleagues? Or do you just want to take a behind-the-scenes look at a professional software company? Whatever your reason — you’re warmly invited to our Open Office! Every third Friday of the month, from 4 to about 6 PM, we open our office to everyone who wants to get to know us better. Usually, things go on a bit longer — often until 7 PM or even later. But no worries: you’re free to leave anytime. Many participants say they completely lose track of time because it’s so engaging (and cozy).
